If you have been reading my blog for a while now, you know that my son records green tip videos from time-to-time. He is also interested in writing blog posts and on a recent vacation, he asked me for writing prompts. Below are a few of his blog posts.

Bees
Here are facts about bees for people and children scared of bees. If bees didn’t exist there would not be a lot of food. There would not be a lot of flowers without bees. Now don’t be scared of bees they are important to our world.

Alex
Note: Alex is extremely afraid of bees and he wrote this after fleeing from a bee that landed on his shoulder while we were out on a walk.
Save Electricity
Kids can save electricity. Turn things off. For an example, Sam turns her iPod off since it is not in use. Do not use electric items much. Listen to music instead of watching TV. Use electric items for a short amount of time. Play board games not an electric item.

Great tips Alex. Your mom can be proud of you! I especially like your tip to walk with style.
Wonderful, Alex! I read your tips to my 2 and 6 year old girls and they thought they were fabulous. Thank you!
way to go Alex, I did like your blog on bees. Now if we could get you to be brave around them, we could enjoy them together. I am 54 and only been stung 2 times by bees, both times when I squashed them. You see them land on me and crawl around, never being aggresive. Keep up the great blogging. love papa
Alex is welcome to come guest post on A Little Greener Every Day whenever he wants.
I think he’s ready for the job! Great little blogger you’ve got there.
