I was hoping to provide everyone with a recap of how Week One of The SuperStress Solution went, however I ran into an unfortunate road block. Last Thursday I somehow managed to dislocate my jaw and tear the muscles in the jaw at the same time. Of course I thought that the problem was my ear tube (due to chronic ear infections) and after a visit to urgent care, my PCP, and the ENT I was finally advised to see the dentist. Thankfully the dentist knew exactly what it was and we have an action plan in place. However, I can’t chew – at all – right now and I spent most of the past five days lying in bed with a heating pad on my face and not doing much of anything else. As soon as I begin to feel better and can actively participate in the SuperStress Solution I will begin my weekly recaps.
